The sessions are structured but informal, and all are welcomed and encouraged to share their experiences to help both themselves and others in the group. As well as group sessions, there is also an online Facebook community you are welcome to join for extra support. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> The structure of the sessions has been trialled and tested from Men Up North group coaching sessions, which we know are successful.
