Our primary focus is on men\u2019s mental health and suicide prevention. Men up North is a forward-thinking community of men aged 18 upwards from numerous different heritage and social backgrounds, from the unwaged, students to C-Suite level executives. Our group coaching sessions are usually fully booked with a waiting list, showing that the demand for something like this is very much there.<br> We\u2019ve developed a <a href=\"\/our-philosophy\">unique philosophy that works<\/a><strong> <\/strong>in engaging men in difficult conversations that we\u2019ve trialled and tested since 2017.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><strong>Positively channelling male energy in a welcoming and diverse environment<\/strong> <\/p><cite>Omar Aysha<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>We are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Progressive<\/li><li>Open<\/li><li>Forward thinking<\/li><li>Safe<\/li><li>A gateway to overcoming personal barriers using tools, techniques, and learning from others during the sessions.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We are NOT:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Misogynistic<\/li><li>Derogatory<\/li><li>Group Therapy<\/li><li>Being stuck in the past<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p> <strong>An absolutely incredible place for men to come and open up and be free.
